A super classic of summer fashion has always been the white summer dress, even better if it is fresh and airy.

The styles of the white summer dress are endless, from the more minimal and straightforward to boho-inspired ones, full of lace, lace, ribbons and ruffles, a genre that in summer-and unlike the rest of the year-I also love so much.
The advantage of the white dress lies entirely in its color. White is in fact a strong color in its own way, an absolute protagonist, which at the same time offers the advantage of turning into a “base” capable of enhancing anything:

So why not take full advantage of its effect by wearing an all-white dress and matching accessories?

The neutrality and whiteness of a white dress make it the ideal base for playing with the richness of fabric.
Therefore, fabrics and details such as lace, fringe, ruffles, crochet embroidery and tassels maximize the effect without (almost) ever coming across as kitch or “too much.”
3 – WHITE 2.0
We have already seen that white is perhaps the absolute best color for enhancing patterns, bright colors and distinctive fabrics by contrast.
So why not merge the two in the beginning and opt for a little white dress with pattern incorporated?
The important thing is to choose one in which white takes the lead anyway: this type of pattern, in fact, brightens up the wearer’s face so much.

Leather and suede accessories are ideal allies of white.

White is also an ideal compendium of many natural fibers such as straw, rattan, wood and leather.
An effect that can be easily “played” with straw bags and hats, necklaces made of materials obtained from nature and other “natural” details.
Accessories such as tortoiseshell sunglasses, bracelets or hair combs also tie in nicely with a white dress.

Less classic, but striking pairing for the classic summer dress.
The important thing is to keep everything else neutral, especially the shoes.
