Monochromatic Outfits: How to Wear Grey

Every now and then I like to create a good old monochromatic outfit and light gray is one of my absolute favorite neutral shades. So why not combine two things I like into one outfit?

Moreover, I’m talking about monochromatic outfits and how to create them without risking to be boring, but above all I talk about their qualities and virtues (if done in the right way) in making us look slimmer and taller even in my new course (in Italian only so far, sorry! )  Come sembrare più magre… e tutti i trucchi per essere in forma davvero  that I launched a few weeks ago.

Because monochromatic outfits, if created in the right way, are definitely a great way to slim and streamline the whole figure! In addition to creating a kind of “raw canvas” on which you can indulge at will with accessories and jackets or coats! I, in this, am rather minimal, so I opted for gold jewelry and hardware (a combination that I love very much with light gray) and a combination of  different grey fabrics, prints and materials.

Light grey, a lot of gold metal and a darker touch, given by the shoes: a comfortable and relaxed outfit for a day at the office.

Today’s monochromatic outfit: All grey, but created combining different fabrics: trousers with a light check pattern, light cashmere knit, and leather and suede for the bag.
